Credentials and Professional Experience

Kim Reynolds-Solar is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Georgia and Wisconsin and is a Certified Family Trauma Therapist. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Social Work degree and received her Master of Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago. Kim has over 20 years’ experience working with individuals in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. She has worked extensively with adults, adolescents, and children in individual and group counseling.

Approach

With a clinical philosophy that is direct and client-centered, Kim approaches every client as an individual, free of judgment. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and some motivational interviewing in her approach. Kim feels that client and therapist are part of a team to assist the client in finding their own solutions and healing.
