Ray of Hope Counseling Services, Inc is offering an 10-week course in Anger Management. Goals that can be obtained from the course:
- Reduce the number of anger episodes
- Reduce anger intensity
- Learn individual anger styles
- Learn triggers that cause anger
- Learn coping skills, and problem-solving skills that are needed to manage anger appropriately.
- Develop self control over thoughts and actions
