Credentials and Professional Experience

Cassandra holds, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hartford, Mercer and a Masters of Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine. In addition, she is a AAMFT Approved Supervisor which is awarded by American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy. Cassandra is approved to provide supervision to Marriage & Family Therapists in training.

Cassandra is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Profession, awarded by, Postpartum Support International, Certified to provide specialized treatment to individuals experiencing mental health challenges during or after the first 12 months of pregnancy. She is also a Certified Anger management Specialist

Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with relational issues, trauma, cultural and women’s issues, perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and anger management difficulties. I collaboratively work with clients to learn and implement positive coping skills in their everyday lives to enhance the quality of their lives and relationships. Clients appreciate my genuineness, patience and practical approach to therapy.
