Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University working towards her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Approach

Jennifer believes that there is a mind-body connection. She promotes positive self-talk, self-reflection, and self-awareness. She understands that developing healthy coping skills and reflecting on feelings can create a foundation for healthy change and growth. She believes in meeting the client where they are in their life’s journey and walking with them in a welcoming, supportive, and unbiased environment. She encourages her patients to be open to the process and trust that they themselves have the tools to create a mentally healthy lifestyle. Jennifer’s methods utilize a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. She enjoys working with a diverse clientele and welcomes all ages.
