Credentials and Professional Experience
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Saint Mary of the Woods College, and is currently working towards a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She has experience in working with children and adolescents on a variety of concerns.
Approach
Megan believes in building a supportive relationship with her clients, to help them feel empowered to face whatever obstacles life brings. Her primary approaches are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Megan also uses creative approaches to tailor interventions to her clients’ needs, such as incorporating art, music, or her client’s spiritual beliefs into evidence-based treatments.
