How to get started? It's quite simple...

  • Call our office or use our online booking tab. You will them receive an email with instructions for the next steps. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office.
  • Get your computer ready for online sessions. All you will need is webcam, and audio. We will do the rest.
  • Our office will send you a link to our client portal where you can complete all the necessary forms for your online session.
  • You will receive a email invitation from your therapist for the session, just accept the email invitation and be logged in for the time of your session.
