Overcoming Social Anxiety
Overcoming Social Anxiety is a therapy group for people who have difficulty in social situations due to the fear of being judged. People with this difficulty may find themselves excessively worrying that they will do something to embarrass themselves in front of others, that others do not like them or only pretend to lie them, or that they are somehow doomed to ruin the friendships that they make. Overcoming Social Anxiety uses a present-focused, here-and-now approach to help individuals experience themselves differently in the group setting. Come realize that you are not alone!
